Koné Conseil coordinated and executed the strategic & operational audit of all the functions of Embal Mali – a major polypropylene woven bag manufacturer.
The audit and improvement plan identified areas and actions allowing the company to increase its productivity by

The project was funded by UNIDO’s program for the competitiveness of industrial organizations in West-Africa.

In partnership with the National Employers’ Council of Mali – CNPM – Koné Conseil organized a 3-days training on
industrial performance improvement tools (increase productivity, capacity, competitiveness and reduce operational costs).
Participants who benefited from this subsidized training were mainly production and technical managers from major Malian industries.
