Its founder – Mariam Koné – is an industrial engineer with 23 years of experience in continuous improvement and optimization of industrial applications, service industries, municipalities, and mining applications in Canada and Africa.
Mariam has managed multiple Optimization project teams in various types of industries from industrial applications to gold mining, most recently for Agnico Eagle Mines in Nunavut.
Mariam is also a philanthropist. She grew up surrounded by poverty in Mali and always felt strongly about giving back. She always shared her skills, knowledge, and experience generously both at a personal and professional level. She takes pride in having contributed to the growth of dozens of young professionals through mentoring and coaching.
Mariam believes that it is possible to be a well-led management consulting company that focuses on optimization and at the same time to have a positive social impact in the community and country her clients operate in.
